The lowdown on Zailab’s solution

Zailab costs are charged per second, with the rate you’re charged dependent on the type of routing you’ve chosen to prioritize calls. For example, AI routing will cost more than optimized routing. This is because our matchmaking algorithm takes many more factors into consideration when deciding which agent would be best to handle that interaction.

What about voice?

Voice carrier costs are charged per minute, while voice communication, recording and quality assessment rates, which are software costs, are charged per second. This is 100% in-line with international standards.

We’re all about making sure there are no surprises waiting for you. What you pay is based on what you use and nothing more.

What about other channels?

Remember when we said you get all the bells and whistles from the get-go? This means you can access the email and SMS/text message channels whenever you want. If you don’t use them, you won’t get charged for them. But if you do, the charge is per message.

Can I rent a number from Zailab?
