Our US Tour Continues With Customer Contact Week (CCW)

Yes, you guessed it. We’re taking the ZaiTruck to Vegas.

Hot on the heels of our incredible visit to the Enterprise Connect expo in Orlando, the crew of the SS Zailab are jumping back aboard the ZaiTruck and heading to Las Vegas for Customer Contact Week (CCW) taking place from 18–22 June 2018.

Billed as the world’s largest customer contact event, CCW attracts over 2500 attendees from 900 companies from across the globe. We’re talking market leaders (54% of attendees are VP level) looking to improve the accuracy of their customer interactions and update their company tech.

Known for attracting attendees from big brands like Amazon, FedEx, Intel, Visa, Adidas, Target, Microsoft and 3M, CCW offers a first look at hot new trends in tech and inspiring advice on contact center best practices from business leaders.

Of the 175 confirmed speakers, highlights this year include Shark Tank’s Barbara Corcoran, Uber head of customer support Janelle Sallenave, Samsung vice president of customer experience Josh Ives and UPS president of global business operations Carol Brolley.

Judging by the stellar line-up, maximizing the customer experience is going to be a big talking point this year.
