Zailab Update: Add Call Forwarding to Your Inbound Flows

Zailab update alert! We have just deployed a fiercely requested feature to the Zailab ecosystem: call forwarding. Yeah! Here’s how it works.

With the latest Zailab update, it is now possible to set call forwarding up within your in inbound flows. You can find the option on the node palette alongside the usual suspects.

You can forward your calls to an external number or an internal extension, as per the screenshot below.

If you would like to forward to an internal extension, choose the extension number from the dropdown and click on done.

After a call entering this flow has been forwarded, the call will leave the flow and the flow itself will terminate. And that’s all she wrote, folks – it’s that simple!
