This Zailab staff member packs a punch – literally!
Cheima recently started practicing Muay Thai martial arts, a form of Thai boxing. Not that her sales technique needed the extra edge. As Country Sales Manager for South Africa, Cheima’s passion and expertise have led to several of the country’s largest brands using Zailab’s cloud-based contact center solution.
But as you will see in the video, Cheima’s down-to-earth attitude sees her presenting product demos to any company interested in the product, no matter the size. In fact, she actively pursues SME leads. Cheima will be the first one to tell you that Zailab is the perfect fit for smaller companies who don’t even realize they need a contact center solution.
Cheima’s drive and genuine love for the product have helped the company achieve the success it enjoys today. It is also the reason why her clients are not just clients – but part of the family.
